Soil: Brown sandy loam over red clay with a deeper alkaline soft stone red clay mix

Viticulture: Roseback Cordon, non-till with volunteer grasses

Vinification: Open ferment, 7 days on skins, 10 months in oak

TASTING NOTES
The Old Vine Shiraz is the star of the show. Well supported by plush Grenache and structural Mataro. Dense fruit: plum, blueberry, raspberry with the small portion of new oak lending complexity and spice.
