VINEYARD NOTES
Soil: Brown sandy loam over red clay with a deeper alkaline soft stone red clay mix

Viticulture: Single cordon wire with a catch wire. Cane pruned with 2 canes

Vinification: Hand-picked, Free-run was fermented in stainless. ferment was stopped to maintain some natural sweetness. pressings were allowed to wild ferment in seasoned french oak.

Oak: Seasoned French
