Vintage 2021
BAROSSA VALLEY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA

VINEYARD NOTES

Soil: Brown sandy loam over clay with a deeper alkaline soft stone red clay mix.

Viticulture: Roseback Cordon, non-till with volunteer grasses.

Vinification: Open ferment, 7 days on skins, 10 months in oak.

Oak: Seasoned Hogsheads, 80% French, 20% American

TASTING NOTES
Classic Graciano characters of violet, spice and white pepper dominate the nose, leading into the bright pop of fruit on the front palate. This gives way to juicy raspberry from the Grenache and spice and length from the Tempranillo.
