Estate Range Our Estate range is styled to capture generous varietal fruit flavour with minimal or no oak. Ready to enjoy on release. Shiraz Estate Shiraz is based on delicious blackberry and cherry fruits complimenting white chocolate and vanilla flavours over a lightly spiced finish. Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Cabernet fills the palate with blackcurrant, leafy and herbaceous flavours over a soft tannin and acid structure. Grenache Estate Grenache displays a vibrant medium red colour and a red fruit nose. Sweet strawberry and raspberry flavours on a lifted spicy palate finish soft, dry and round. Chardonnay Estate Chardonnay has ripe peach and stone fruit flavours with subtle vanilla and spice in the background. Crisp finish. Semillon Estate Semillon (no oak) Crisp dry mouth-feel from underlying lemon and limes complimenting a delicious bouquet of ripened fruit, usually pears or apples.
Reserve Range Big fruit styles that can carry selected new oak, approachable now but will reward with time in the cellar. Shiraz Reserve Shiraz, aromatics that lift from the glass, exotic spice, rich dark cherries, black berries and dried plum on dark chocolate. Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Cabernet where layers of blackcurrant, cassis and prune fruit combine with leafy, tobacco and coffee flavours and a tight tannin and acid structure. |
